Female rapper from Afghanistan, Sonita Alizadeh, expresses her feelings and disgust with child marriage. Her parents attempted to marry her to a stranger when she was 16 years old. A documentary called Sonita, which is based on her life, has been released as well. Alizadeh's music talents and documentary have helped to bring awareness to the issue that is child marriage.
